Cheesy One Pot Beef and Potatoes

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 3 Potatoes medium, diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Parsley chopped for garnish

  • Oven-safe skillet
  • Wooden spoon
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking.
  2. Cook ground beef in skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
  3. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  4. Stir in diced potatoes and butter. Cook 5–7 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Add milk and half the cheese, stirring until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 15–20 minutes until bubbly. Broil 2–3 minutes if desired.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Can add vegetables for extra flavor and nutrition. Store leftovers in airtight container.
