Ingredients
  

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese whole milk
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 jar marinara sauce 24 oz
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook shells until al dente and set aside.
  2. Brown meat with onion and garlic; season well.
  3. Mix cooked meat with ricotta, egg, and cheeses.
  4. Fill shells and place in sauce-lined baking dish.
  5. Top with sauce and mozzarella, bake until bubbly.
