  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 4 flour tortillas large
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar or Colby-Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter for cooking
  • 0.25 cup green onions optional, sliced

Method
 

  1. Mix chicken with ranch dressing and seasonings.
  2. Heat skillet and lightly grease.
  3. Layer cheese, chicken mixture, and more cheese on tortilla.
