Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Arrange tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  4. Sprinkle seasoning over hot tots.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and bake 5–7 minutes until melted.
  6. Add bacon, sour cream, and green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, bake tots directly on the rack for the final 5 minutes.
