Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 4 large carrots peeled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.75 cup pizza sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup mustard for drizzle

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and heat pizza stone or baking sheet.
  2. Slice carrots lengthwise into long strips.
  3. Toss carrots with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roast carrots for 20–25 minutes until tender and caramelized.
  5. Roll out pizza dough and spread sauce evenly.
  6. Top with cheese and arrange roasted carrots.
  7. Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Drizzle with mustard, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

Add pickles or onions for extra hot-dog-style flavor.
