Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup dill pickles chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet, seasoning to taste.
  3. Melt butter, stir in milk, and add cheese until smooth.
  4. Combine macaroni with cheese sauce.
  5. Warm tortillas and assemble wraps with mac, beef, and toppings.
  6. Roll tightly, slice, and serve warm.
