Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 12 small tortillas

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil for frying.
  2. Mix chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onions, and seasonings until combined.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  4. Spoon filling onto tortillas and roll tightly.
  5. Place seam-side down on baking sheet or into hot oil.
  6. Bake 18–20 minutes or fry until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with dipping sauces.

Notes

Best served hot and crispy. Reheat in oven or air fryer.
