Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with spices.
  2. Cook chicken in skillet until fully cooked.
  3. Toss chicken with buffalo sauce.
  4. Assemble bowls with rice, vegetables, and chicken.
  5. Drizzle with dressing and serve.

Notes

Adjust spice level by using more or less buffalo sauce.
