Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried lavender
  • 0.5 cup plant milk
  • 0.33 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease madeleine pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients to form batter.
  5. Fold in blueberries and lemon zest.
  6. Fill molds and bake for 10–12 minutes.
  7. Cool slightly and serve.

Notes

Use culinary lavender and avoid overmixing batter.
