Ingredients
  

French Toast Base
  • 6 slices brioche bread
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
Lava Filling
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 2 tbsp cream optional
Toppings
  • powdered sugar
  • crushed Biscoff biscuits
  • maple syrup optional

Method
 

  1. Warm Biscoff spread until soft.
  2. Spread filling between bread slices to form sandwiches.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar.
  4. Dip sandwiches into egg mixture.
  5. Fry in butter until golden brown.
  6. Slice and serve with toppings.
