Cookie Batter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Filling
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Biscoff spread

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare cookie dough by mixing dry and wet ingredients.
  3. Mix filling ingredients until smooth.
  4. Stuff cookies with filling and seal.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes and cool before serving.
