Ingredients
  

Frappe Base
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee chilled
  • 1.5 cups ice
  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp toffee bits
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt for topping

Method
 

  1. Add ice, chilled coffee, milk, cream, brown sugar, vanilla, and caramel sauce to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and thick.
  3. Add toffee bits and blend briefly.
  4. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and sea salt.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. Adjust sweetness and salt to taste.
