Flatbread Base
  • 2 naan or flatbreads
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Toppings
  • 0.75 cup hummus
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup roasted red peppers sliced
  • 0.33 cup Kalamata olives sliced
  • 0.5 red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheet.
  2. Brush flatbread with olive oil and pre-bake 3–5 minutes.
  3. Spread hummus evenly over flatbread.
  4. Add vegetables and feta, then bake 8–10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with parsley and slice to serve.
