  • 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.25 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp honey optional

Method
 

  1. Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice in a bowl or jar.
  2. Whisk in Dijon mustard until lightly emulsified.
