  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole milk warm
  • 1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese freshly shredded
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp smoked paprika optional

Method
