Ingredients
  

Taco Shells
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 0.25 cup butter melted
  • 0.5 cup cinnamon sugar
Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
Berry Topping
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 0.5 cup raspberries

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Hand mixer
  • Baking sheet
  • Oven rack or taco molds

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush tortillas with melted butter and coat with cinnamon sugar.
  3. Drape tortillas over oven rack or taco molds.
  4. Bake 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool completely.
  5. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Add heavy cream and whip until fluffy.
  7. Fill taco shells with cheesecake mixture.
  8. Top with mixed berries and serve.

Notes

Assemble just before serving for best texture.
