Ingredients
  

  • 3 fresh peaches peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups water divided
  • 2 cups ice

Method
 

  1. Simmer peaches, sugar, and 2 cups water until peaches soften.
  2. Mash peaches gently and strain mixture to create peach syrup.
  3. Cool syrup completely.
  4. Combine lemon juice, syrup, and remaining water in a pitcher.
  5. Stir well and serve over ice.

Notes

Adjust sweetness based on peach ripeness.
