- Cook macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a pot, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk and cream to form a thick sauce.
- Stir in cheddar and mozzarella until fully melted and creamy.
- Mix BBQ sauce into cheese sauce for smoky flavor.
- Combine cooked pasta with cheese sauce.
- Mix pulled pork with BBQ sauce.
- Layer mac and cheese, pulled pork, then more mac and cheese in a baking dish.
- Top with extra cheese and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes.
- Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
