Crispy flatbread brushed with garlic butter and cooked quickly in the air fryer.

Ingredients
  

Flatbread
  • 2 flatbread rounds or naan
Garlic Butter
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, optional

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Small mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix melted butter, garlic, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Brush garlic butter evenly over flatbread.
  4. Place flatbread in air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry 5–7 minutes until golden and crisp.
  6. Remove, garnish, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Add cheese during the last minute for a cheesy version.
