Ingredients
  

Feta Marinade
  • 8 oz feta cheese block, cubed
  • 0.33 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cut feta into cubes and place in a shallow bowl.
  2. Sprinkle chili flakes, garlic, oregano, and black pepper over the feta.
  3. Pour olive oil over the cheese and gently coat.
  4. Let marinate for 5 minutes before serving.
