Potatoes
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Boil potatoes until just tender, then drain.
  2. Melt butter in skillet and sauté garlic briefly.
