Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs large
  • 7 oz feta cheese block
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.25 tsp chili flakes optional
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • fresh herbs for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place feta in the center of a small oven-safe dish and scatter tomatoes around it.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic, chili flakes, pepper, and a light pinch of salt.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes until feta softens and tomatoes begin to burst.
  5. Carefully crack eggs over and around the feta.
  6. Bake an additional 6–8 minutes until egg whites are set.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with crusty bread or pita for dipping.
