Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place feta in the center of a small oven-safe dish and scatter tomatoes around it.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic, chili flakes, pepper, and a light pinch of salt.
- Bake for 8 minutes until feta softens and tomatoes begin to burst.
- Carefully crack eggs over and around the feta.
- Bake an additional 6–8 minutes until egg whites are set.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with crusty bread or pita for dipping.
